Products and availability
We work to present product colours, mist effects, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Screen settings, room lighting and normal manufacturing variation may cause small differences. Mist formations are dynamic and will naturally vary with water level, airflow and sound.
Products, plug variants and quantities may be limited. We may correct genuine errors, update descriptions or withdraw products where reasonably necessary.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change before an order is placed. Any crossed-out price is a comparison price and the final amount payable is the amount confirmed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.
Your checkout confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. We may cancel or limit an order for a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, an undeliverable address or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If we cancel after payment, we will return the affected payment to the original payment method.
You are responsible for checking your delivery address, quantity and plug selection before paying. Choosing the wrong plug is treated as a change of mind unless we supplied a different item from the one ordered.
Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping is free where the store states that free worldwide shipping applies. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods or an incorrect address.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country unless the checkout expressly says those amounts are included. Risk passes as required by applicable law. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem.
Our return rule
This jellyfish prefers a forever home.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds because you changed your mind, found a lower price elsewhere, no longer want the product, ordered the wrong quantity or selected the wrong plug type. Please choose carefully before checkout.
The important part: nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded. If an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description, incorrect, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and reasonable supporting photos or video. We may assess the item before providing a remedy. Proof of purchase may be requested, but original packaging is not required where the law does not require it. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification or use contrary to the supplied instructions is not a product fault.
Safe product use
Use JellyFuser only as directed. Place it on a stable, dry, water-resistant surface with clear space above the mist outlets. Keep water away from electrical connections, disconnect power before filling or cleaning, and keep the product out of reach of young children and pets unless supervised.
Use only compatible water-soluble fragrance or essential oils in the recommended quantity. Do not ingest liquids, block the mist outlets, immerse the unit, use damaged cables or operate the product where moisture could damage nearby property. Individual sensitivities vary; stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice.
Website use and intellectual property
The site design, branding, copy, photographs, video and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping only. You must not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse or attempt unauthorised access to the site or its services.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or product. We do not exclude liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may legally be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
